Appointment Booking & Cancellation

.Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online where a £10 deposit will be taken and will be deducted from your treatment cost on completion of your booked treatment.

.Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in your £10 deposit being forfeited and non-refundable.

.Late Arrival: If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

Payments

.Payments for products are due at the time of checkout in full.

.Payments for treatments require a £10 deposit upon booking your appointment and the remaining balance is due in full at your appointment upon completion of your treatment.

.We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.

.All prices are listed in pounds and are subject to change without notice.

Refunds

.Services: Refunds are generally not issued for completed services. However, we strive for client satisfaction. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.

.Products: Returns for physical products are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

Health and Safety
