Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping

.Standard shipping – your parcel will be packaged within 1 working day and sent using Evri Standard. This service usually takes an average of 2-4 working days after despatch (excluding UK Bank Holidays) for your delivery to arrive. Orders placed after 1600 will be packed  the following day for shipment. Delivery is limited to UK residents only due to shipping costs- sorry for any inconvenience.

.Please check all address details when placing an order and contact us before the parcel is shipped if any information is incorrect. Saltwoods Healing & Massage cannot amend parcel details once despatched and cannot be held responsible for any errors made in the address that you input.

.If you are provided with a delivery time slot from the courier, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package. If you are unable to be home during the specified delivery time slot, you will need to take action to amend the delivery time or make alternative arrangements. Saltwoods Healing & Massage cannot be held responsible for any items that are delivered and subsequently go missing due to unattended or unreceived deliveries.

.If your delivery address is within an apartment block or flats with communal post boxes, delivery is made at the recipient’s own risk as Saltwoods Healing & Massage cannot be held responsible for any losses.

.If  your package goes missing via the courier, Saltwoods Healing & Massage can chase this up for you. Please allow 10 working days to allow Saltwoods to open a "missing items investigation" and either you with a full refund or replacement. Please note that this can only be actioned within 1 calendar month of the order date. Any date past this your right to open a claim is waived. 

Refunds & Returns 

.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if necessary, and in its original packaging alongside the e-mail receipt or proof of purchase.

.Items must not be altered or damaged by the customer to be entitled to the return process.

.If you cancel your order at any point, a £2 admin charge will be deducted from your refunded amount. 

.If you return part or all of your order, a £2 admin charge will also apply to be resent an alternative item.

.If you need to return any of your items, please contact us at contactus@saltwoodshealingandmassage.co.uk within 2 days of delivery to arrange the return.

.Returns must be returned within 14 days from the date of order.

. Postage and packaging costs are covered by the buyer on any returns, unless the product itself is damaged or faulty, in which case Saltwoods will cover this and rectify the situation as best as possible. If Saltwoods needs to cover the return payment, please keep your receipt for proof of postage. If the refund amount is more than the original amount paid, Saltwoods will pay the return via PayPal as our online payment system doesn't allow to process refunds for more than the original billing amount.  

. Downloadable items, sale items and gift cards are exempt from the returns process. 

.We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Saltwoods aim to process the refund within 24 hours of it being accepted, however your bank can take 3-5 working days to process this amount and to show it in your balance. 

Damages and issues

.Be sure to inspect your order once you have received it and contact Saltwoods Healing & Massage immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, in order to rectify the issue and correct it. In the unlikely event that an item you have purchased is defective or damaged please send a photo of the issue to Contactus@saltwoodshealingandmassage.co.uk for review and rectification.
